In terms of coaching and training our workshops and seminars take tried and tested material and bespoke it to you and your business which is why we like to get to know you first! Making training and coaching “personalised” is really important to us so we like to facilitate everything within your premises which means that you get what you need right where you need it.

Initial Training

We have found that the practices who have been properly trained in how to use and talk about the range of patient credit facilities are the ones who derive the greatest benefit from them and to that end all of our clients have access to our two complimentary half-day workshops

“Credit where Credit’s Due” is verifiable for 4 hours CPD and the workshop can be run as

1.     as an entire team event

2.     the entire team together for 1.5 hours and the remaining time spent with the administration team

process & Skills Training

Having created a platform of base competencies we find that our practices really appreciate and benefit from having some input in terms of sales process design and exposure to the rudiments of essential communication and selling skills.

“CUSP” (Creating Unique Sales Processes) is often done 2-3 months after the initial training and it too is verifiable for 4 hours CPD. This is usually run as a team event but is particularly appropriate for the front desk team, practice managers, dentists and patient treatment coordinators.

Ringing The Changes” – focuses on converting telephone enquiries into treatment

“Getting To Know You” -  provides foundational selling skills for clinicians and treatment coordinators

“Money Talks” -  builds from the foundational skills and focuses on the presentation of treatment options and price

“From Me to You” -  concentrates on the role of the treatment coordinator
